Pesticide Affects

Tomato gardeners who are growing tomatoes and consumers who are finally consuming tomato fruits should be careful about the effects of treated pesticides in tomato and other vegetables. Many gardeners think that the treated pesticides affect people who consume tomato fruits and its recipe. They believe that the treatment of the pesticide does not affect the gardeners if they are not consuming the tomato fruits from the pesticide treated crop field.

It must be kept in their mind that the gardeners who treat the pesticides in the vegetable garden where they are growing tomatoes are also badly affected even though they are spraying the chemical covering mask on their nose and mouth. Remember the foliar application of the pesticides also causes the dispersion of fine sprays of pesticide to the air. While inhaling the air, they will inhale the colloid of air and pesticide both. This way the pesticide treatment also affects the gardeners who handle the pesticide.

Some gardeners are growing tomatoes for sale purpose in one vegetable garden and some for their home consumption in other vegetable garden. They use pesticide in the vegetable garden from where they sell the tomato fruits to the market. But they do not treat the pesticide to the vegetable garden from where they pick the tomato fruits for their home consumption. Please don’t do so? If you are careful for you, be careful for others too. I want to motivate all the gardeners for growing tomatoes of insect and disease resistant tomato varieties.

Consumers must prefer to consume the tomato and its products of those vegetable gardens if the gardeners are growing tomatoes in pesticide free environment. Many people are very interested to establish a vegetable garden in their own backyard and start growing tomatoes and other vegetables without the use of pesticides.
