Himalayan Tomato Soup
Himalayan Tomato soup is very popular tomato recipe. You can make the tomato recipe without any hot chilly. Even if you are not growing tomatoes in your kitchen garden, you might have bought some tomato fruits and kept in your kitchen. For a family of four to six members, separate 100 to 200 grams of the tomato fruits.
1. Boil the tomato fruits
2. Peel the tomato fruits
3. Grind the tomato fruits to make it tomato water colloid
4. Screen the tomato colloid to separate the tomato seeds and make uniform colloid. You may find problem to screen the colloid since the colloid is thick viscous and cannot pass through the sieving net. In such case you add some clean water into it so that the screening of the tomato colloid becomes easier.
5. Chop some garlic fingers (25 to 50 grams) and make it paste like
6. Chop an onion bulb (about 100 grams)
7. Separate some cumin granule seeds
8. Heat the frying pan
9. Pour the cooking oil into the frying pan and again heat the oil
10. Pour the cumin seeds into the pan, fry it a little bit; then add garlic paste and then fry the mixture for a while; thereafter add finely chopped onion pieces and then continue frying on the frying pan
11. Add mushroom or asparagus pieces into the mixture and continue frying
12. Make paste of corn flour of about two teaspoons and pour the paste into the frying pan. Continue cooking..
13. Pour the tomato colloid into the frying pan and cook it until it boils fully
14. Add grated cheese onto the tomato soup
15. Himalayan tomato soup is ready. Taste it and serve your family members and guests.
