Himalayan Tomato Salsa

 Items required for preparing tomato salsa

:: Tomato fruit: Canned or fresh tomato fruits

:: Orange juice

:: Black grapes or black grape juice

:: Mango pulp cut pieces (fresh or canned): optional

:: Red beet: Optional

:: Spices

:: Olive oil  

Tomato salsa is a kind of salad made from ripe tomato fruits with other fruits and vegetables. The tomato salsa is also improved adding the spices for flavor. For making tomato salsa, the fruits are washed with clean water and cut. Some prefer to remove seeds from the tomato fruits but some do not.

I advise to add other fruits and vegetables such as apple, asparagus, Capsicum (apple size large chilly with no heating property, it can be green or red, but remove seeds from it) to prepare the tomato salsa. In the tomato salsa, orange juice is also poured. To make the tomato salsa very beneficial, it is recommended to add black grapes or its juice to it.

Black pepper powder can also be added to the tomato salsa. The powder is lightly and sparsely spread to the tomato salsa. Some salt is also added to the tomato salsa. The amount of salt to add to the tomato salsa varies from people to people in the world.

I also advise to add some edible oil to make the tomato salsa more beneficial. Olive oil is the best oil for it. But you can add any other plant oil which flavors you well. Please don’t add butter into the tomato salsa.
